Sole Technologies Ltd. is incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Company operates in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European legislation governing digital assets, anti-money laundering, financial crime prevention, data protection, and financial services.

Where required by law, Sole Technologies shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, registrations, authorizations, and approvals from competent authorities.
